Relational Life Therapy:
A Transformative Approach

Some relationships begin with warmth and promise, yet over time settle into patterns of distance, defensiveness or unspoken resentment. Conversations loop without resolution. One partner may overfunction while the other withdraws. You might find yourself asking, "Is it me?" "Is it them?" "Do we stay, or is it time to leave?"

Challenging relationships often create survival roles: the pursuer, the avoider, the fixer, or the critic. Conflict becomes repetitive and exhausting.

RLT empowers clients to move beyond mere survival dynamics, guiding them towards authentic, respectful, and emotionally vibrant relationships. This process supports both individuals and couples in cultivating relationships that are characterised by genuine connection and emotional aliveness.

Not every relationship is meant to continue, and sometimes a respectful ending prevents further harm. Others can be rebuilt through courage, honesty and sustained accountability. Reach out.
